If any parents are watching this, you know when you have one kid who was in the last video, then the other kid wants to be in this video. So here we are checking things out. I got Maddie and Tommy with me. We’re pulling up on our Millis flip here guys. So dad and mom did this flip project in Millis. We’re approaching the end. We’re checking out today what’s been done because we were told the cleaning company came, the staging company came. We had the landscapers back to do some exterior stuff.
So I’m with the kids. Let’s go check it out guys and see what we’re looking at. All right? Okay. So look, wow. Check this out Maddie. As we walk in, check it out. Look at house is now staged. This is all finished. Look at this nice beautiful table. Don’t touch anything. Look at the appliances are all put in, right? Don’t they look great? Check out the cabinets. Check out the tile. It’s nice and bright. Doesn’t it look good?

This is exactly what we envisioned when this thing was a mess before when we first purchased it. Look at how it looks great now. It really looks like a home. Got our nice table staged. We got our living area over here. We got a nice little sitting area over here.

You could put a TV up there maybe.

Yeah, you could totally put a TV right there. Totally. It looks good. Look at this. Deck looks beautiful. Nice fence is done now. Privacy like we talked about.
But guys, head upstairs and tell me what you see. Check it out. I see all the attention to detail’s done. The poles are done. Come here. Come check out this room. Whoa, it’s slippery. Room looks great. Closet doors are now installed. Don’t be sliding around you two. Let’s check out the beautiful master bathroom. Go get in there. Get in there. Look at that. All the hardware is done. Towel racks are done. It’s staged. You get the LED merit in there. Everything just looked beautiful, came together very, very nicely. Very nicely.
This is the room over the garage. This is the third bedroom/office/sitting room/bonus room. Look at how beautiful this turned out, guys. Looking great. We got the nice rug. We got the nook for the desk over there. Wow, it just looks great. Place is coming together nicely.
Beautifully. Now check this out. Master bedroom, come here. Look at how this is finished.

This space is beautiful. It’s huge. Look at how the bed looks. Don’t touch the bed because it’s staging. Don’t touch the bed. Look at how this all came together.
