What’s up everybody? Happy Flip & Hold Funding Realty Solutions Friday. Here with Tommy Gallo, checking out a house we’re working on in Millis, happened to be at baseball, decided to come check this out real quick. Tommy, let’s go inside, see how this flip’s going. All right. So, as we enter the house, I’ll show you all the upgrades. Awesome. Immediately, look, guys, I see progress, I see our hardwood floors installed, I see our kitchen, our kitchen cabinets installed, which is awesome. Paint was done last time, but look at how this is coming together. You can see how this is all going to come together nicely. Tommy, look, turn around, check out these other cabinets that we have here, eventually that’ll have a nice countertop there. This would be pretty cool, right?

All right, now let’s go see here. Oh yeah. We got the vanity set in the half bathroom here. All right. It looks like we actually got some garage… Yes. Okay. So, this is going to be a huge change, we’re changing the size of the door so that an SUV can actually fit in this nice garage and use it. So, there’s some huge progress there. Let’s go down to the basement real quick, we’ll check that out, and then we’ll head upstairs. Stay tuned. All right, we’re heading down the basement, let’s check this out. Oh, Tommy boy, check it all out. It’s all sheetrocked, it’s all insulated, this is going to be finished living space down here, bud.

Okay. So, we’ve got extra finished living space down here, we’re installing a mini split for heat and AC, so this is going to be a cool, whatever you want to call it, man cave, hangout room, extra living space, whatever it is. We got a closet here for utilities, that’s going to be your hot water tank in here, and then we got your washer and dryer set up is going right in here. And that’s plumbed and ready to go. So, washer/dryer here. All right, let’s go check out upstairs. All right, as we walk upstairs, more hardware floor done. Hardware floors essentially are installed everywhere at this point, rough paints everywhere at this point, just check out how this place is already coming together. Right? Going to do closet doors eventually, obviously, mini splits will be in, check out the bathroom. Huge progress here.
Our vanity is set, we got our Hardie backer ready to accept the tile, the tub was already in last time. We are getting there, people. Check this room out, again, all new flooring everywhere, we got paint and trim done. Ready for the closets where Tommy is there, the nooks looking good there. And the last bedroom here, same situation. We got the flooring done, we got paint done at this point, we’re looking really, really good.
