Boom. All right. Folks, immediately check out these countertops, high-end stainless steel package. It feels a lot bigger than it is. And then you got this little living room right here. Even put Harvey Windows in. Looks good. So this place is awesome, guys. I’m in the master bedroom, awesome use of space, guys. We have a little sitting area over here, they have it set up as a sitting area, could easily be a home office right here. The attention to detail with this group, they do a fantastic job. Let’s check out the bathroom—same thing. I got a beautiful stand-up shower. We got a lot of subway tile here. This little inlet, that stuff sells, baby.
Let’s take a minute and see what they did outside. Immediately, I see central air. I see a new mini split. I see beautiful cedar impression siding. Let’s go check out and see what they did on the inside. Same modern feel, same classy touches. Look at this kitchen. Although a galley kitchen, you might say kind of tight, it doesn’t feel that way.
Talk about space utilization. The faucet nozzles are built into the wall, and so is the spigot. So you maximize in space right here. Check out the shower. Again, subway tile, all black finishes, shower head nozzle. This is the stuff that differentiates these guys from a lot of the other flippers out there. Relatively small unit, this looks like the living room slash sitting area, but it’s cute, and it looks like you got your bedroom right through here. This is a score—anyone looking for a two-family, people like this stuff.
